Hey there friends,

Meet us at the cabin in La Sal for stories and mediation, and then come down by the river to release the grief with therapeutic music and Bowen massage therapy. Enjoy time out for uplifting presence, healing meals, rest, and nature. 12 spots available.

Check in is at 4:00 PM at the cabin, and then at 5:00 PM Ganel-Lyn Condie will share some thoughts on resilience in the face of grief. Dinner will be served at 6:00 PM and then we will have various optional activities including campfire and marshmallows before we head to bed.

Saturday morning, after breakfast, we will take sack lunches and break up into groups to receive Bowen massage treatments from Cindy Bowen (Plan for one hour), learn some valuable Asian responses to grief, especially related to insomnia, sample some healing recipes, and go hiking along the Colorado River. Dorian Johnson will guide us along the trail while teaching life lessons he has learned through turning grief into joy.

There is a rumor that we will be able to hear live harp music along the river while meditating.

We will all round up around 4:00 PM to share what we have learned and then enjoy dinner together before heading home, with the option to stay an extra night for extra peace and processing with checkout on Sunday Morning.
